ORGANIC SICILIAN OLIVE OIL
AN EXPLOSION OF FLAVORS
When you buy Angimbe oil, you are buying a quality artisanal product dedicated to LEGACY, QUALITY, and SUSTAINABILITY.
LEGACY
Our olive oil is produced using techniques that have not changed for hundreds of years. From the planting to the harvest to the pruning, our company prides itself on using and passing on the techniques that have made Sicilian olive oil beloved for centuries. We take an intergenerational approach to our cultivation process in order to ensure that generations to come will enjoy this life-sustaining oil.
QUALITY
The trees that produce our olives are protected from the outside world. Only organic products are used on our land, and the soil is not tainted by any chemicals or toxins. The olives are picked by hand and cold pressed almost immediately after being harvested.
SUSTAINABILITY
By working with only organic materials, we are helping to ensure the health of the environment and protecting the longevity of the soil. We avoid tilling and stressing the soil so that nature can work in the most harmonious ways. We want the olive trees to live and produce in perfect integration with their surroundings, maintaining the micro biosphere.
In addition, our designer bottles are meant to be reused as home-fragrance dispensers. That is why we sell our gift bottles with scent wands. We believe that bottles should be used again and again as a reminder of the event where the oil was received and of the quality of the oil.

Recensioni che raccontano emozioni vere
MORE THAN AN ORGANIC OIL, A SPECIAL OIL
Angimbé is a family-run organic farm that has been producing olive oil for four generations. Our dedication to respecting nature and tradition is evident in every single bottle.
OUR LAND
A NATURE RESERVE
Our olive groves are located in the natural cork oak forest reserve of Angimbé.
The uncontaminated and protected territory allows us to offer a 100% natural oil, free from any environmental contamination.
.A TIMELESS AND WELL-LOVED LAND
We are dedicated to following the traditions that have sustained this magical area of Western Sicily - the Province of Trapani - for millennia.
8th century B.C.E.
The first oil cultivations
The earliest olive cultivations in the Western part of Sicily can be traced back to the period of Phoenician domination, an age when the region became an essential point in the trade routes of that time.
7th century B.C.E. - 5th century C.E.
A land with great potential
In this period, first the Greeks and then the Romans, understanding the potential of the Sicilian soil and climate, continued the cultivation of olives.
15th Century C.E.
The need for oil increases
In the Trapani area, there was a growth in the production of olive oil following a strong migration of Jews to Trapani. This increased the oil requirement, considering the importance of this product in religious celebrations, but also for Jewish cuisine.
18th Century C.E.
Olive cultivation explodes
The Bourbons exploited the rich soil and olive groves to create an economic renewal of the area. Historical materials record the massive deployment of resources by the reign in order to revitalize oil production.
Today
Production of excellent quality
Thanks to the protected, uncontaminated territory, recognised with the Valli Trapanesi DOP, the land provides oil with refined quality 100% organic oil.
A FLAWLESS OIL
ANALYSES IN PLAIN VIEW
We monitor and analyze our oils to ensure a healthy product free of defects. We believe in transparency; that is why we make the results available to the consumer, revealing the physical and chemical characteristics of the oil.
