Celeriac mayonnaise Extra virgin olive oil and sichuan pepper

Ingredients for 4 people:
250 g of celeriac,
100 g white potatoes,
6 tablespoons Angimbe Natures extra virgin olive oil
sichuan pepper,
salt
Preparation
Carefully peel the celeriac and wash it, peel and wash the potatoes in the same way, cut the two vegetables into ½ cm thick slices and place them in a basket.
Steam cook them for 15 minutes to make them very tender.
Transfer the steamed vegetables to a tray and cool them well, then place them in a tall blender glass.
Immediately add a pinch of salt, 2 tablespoons of oil and a grind of Sichuan pepper, start blending and gradually pour in the remaining oil until you create a frothy and creamy mass similar to common mayonnaise, not too firm.
